Looking for a quick and easy potato recipe? Look no further! You have found the best crispy roasted potatoes! This recipe is one of my favorites, it has the crunchiness on the outside with a soft interior that the whole family (or even just you) will love! Don’t forget everything tastes better with a little bit of love! 🙂

Ingredients:
- 5-6 red potatoes
- 1/2-1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp onion powder
- pinch of garlic powder
- 2 tsp red chili flakes
- 2 tsp Tuscan Italian seasoning
- olive oil
- pinch salt
Directions:
- preheat the oven on broil to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (230 degrees Celcius)
- Cut the potatoes into cubes
- Boil the potatoes in cold water with a heaping amount of salt until they are par-boiled for about 10-15 minutes
- Once the potatoes are soft enough, drain the water and use a spoon to rough up the potatoes in order for them to crisp up some more
- On a baking tray, add the potatoes, olive oil, rosemary, Tuscan Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder
- Place in the oven for 10-15 mins, once the timer has gone off let the potatoes sit in the oven for another 10 minutes in order to crisp up some more.1
