Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. This recipe gives you a great amount of protein to start your morning off with. It will keep you nice and full until lunch. You can either make some rice or just used the leftover rice that you have from the night before! Either way, this meal ends up tasting great.

Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- oil
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
Directions:
- On a pan on low-medium heat, add your oil to get a small coating on your pan
- Crack your eggs and let cook until your liking
- Once you take the egg off the heat, add salt and pepper
- Serve and Enjoy 🙂
Tip:
- Cut some vegetables for a side (cucumber, red bell pepper, tomato) and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice
