Gnocchi is super easy to make and is super quick to cook. This was a last-minute dinner that ended up being amazing!! This pairs well with a balsamic dressing salad and a beautiful white wine.

Equipment

  • Pan
  • Pot

Ingredients
  

  • 300 gs gnocchi
  • 1 tbs olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 3 shallots
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 splashes milk or cream
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a pot add water salt and olive oil and bring it to a boil
  • Add the gnocchi and cook for about 2 mins until the gnocchi is floating
  • In a separate pan add the garlic and shallots until it starts to brown
  • Add the tomato sauce to the pan and add the milk/cream and mix
  • Cook the sauce until it is hot
  • Mix the gnocchi into the sauce
  • Add the parmesan cheese on top
  • Serve and Enjoy 🙂
