Gnocchi With Rose Sauce
Gnocchi is super easy to make and is super quick to cook. This was a last-minute dinner that ended up being amazing!! This pairs well with a balsamic dressing salad and a beautiful white wine.

Ingredients
- 300 gs gnocchi
- 1 tbs olive oil extra virgin
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 3 shallots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 splashes milk or cream
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a pot add water salt and olive oil and bring it to a boil
- Add the gnocchi and cook for about 2 mins until the gnocchi is floating
- In a separate pan add the garlic and shallots until it starts to brown
- Add the tomato sauce to the pan and add the milk/cream and mix
- Cook the sauce until it is hot
- Mix the gnocchi into the sauce
- Add the parmesan cheese on top
- Serve and Enjoy 🙂
