Silan is the best. You can use it on almost any protein. This salmon recipe was DELICIOUS! The salmon packs a full flavor into very few key ingredients and pairs well with a caesar salad, but I opted for my crispy roasted potato recipe. Either way, be sure to pair it with a nice light wine. Don’t forget everything tastes better with a bit of love <3
