Looking for a delicious Shabbat recipe? No need to look any farther, this is it! Everyone likes it, even if they don’t like olives because you boiled the olives 3 times, it takes away the bitterness of it. This meal goes well with rice or potatoes and with a glass of red wine. Don’t forget, everything tastes better with a bit of love! 🙂

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 kilo (3.3 lbs) or a whole roast beef
- 240 g (8 oz) tomato paste
- water
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 can green olives with no pits
Directions:
- In a pot add the olives and water and let come to a boil
- Once the olives are boiled strain them and repeat 2 more times
- In a separate pot add the tomato paste, water, dried basil, sweet paprika, and cumin and stir well
- Cut the beef into cubes
- Add the beef into the pot with the tomato paste and let it come to a boil
- Once it boils, turn the heat down from high to low and let it simmer for 2 hours
- Once the olives have boiled 3 times, add them to the beef and stir
- Remember to stir the beef regularly
