Gnocchi is super easy to make and is super quick to cook. This was a last-minute dinner that ended up being amazing!! This pairs well with a balsamic dressing salad and a beautiful white wine.

Pizza

Sometimes you need a little bit of comfort food that’s both greasy and delicious. This pizza was quick to make and tasted great! You can either drink your favorite soda with it or even just some water. The best part about it is that you get to customize the pizza with whatever toppings you like. So if you and your family or friends can’t agree on toppings, then this is perfect to make your own personal-sized pizzas! Don’t forget everything tastes better with a little bit of love! πŸ™‚

Dough Ingredients:

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tbs dry instant yeast
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2-3 cups of all purpose flour

Directions:

  • Add the warm water to a bowl and mix in the dry yeast
  • Let the yeast ferment for about 5-10 minutes
    • It will start to have bubbles and froth on top
  • Add your olive oil and salt and stir
  • Add the flour slowly throughout and start to knead
  • Knead until you have created your dough
    • You don’t have to let it rise, but if you want you can let it rise for at least 30 minutes

Sauce Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Tomato paste
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 1tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes

Directions:

  • Add your crushed tomatoes and tomato paste into a blender
  • Add in the oregano, onion powder, parsley, garlic powder, basil, red chili flakes
  • Mix well until it is all combined

Pizza Ingredients:

  • pre-made or homemade dough
  • handful Mozzarella cheese
  • pre-made or handmade tomato sauce

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 450 F (230 C)
  • Roll out your pizza dough to your desired width and length
  • Place the pizza on a baking sheet or a wooden peel (pizza paddle) and add your tomato sauce and cheese
  • Place at the bottom of your oven so that the dough cooks through and that your cheese doesn’t burn
  • Cook for about 10-15 minutes
  • Serve and Enjoy! πŸ™‚
